the problem is that PPL FROM OTHER REGIONS do think SIMILARLY.... for eg the cm of karnataka said and i quote-------" if the it cos dont provide employment opportunities to the locals then v dont need them ".. this problem is everywhere in assam , northeast states, tibet ,usa and even in delhi... i think the locals should be given priorities everywhere be it bihar or maharashtra...the logic is simple--- when an industry is established----land is taken from the locals, the state govts provide incentives (which is from that of the taxpayers pocket and not from that of the migrant workers), if there is a pollution problem the locals hav 2 bear the brunt (the migrants can always return to their home state ), then isnt it logical to give "PREFERENCE" TO LOCALS ( I M NOT USING THE TERM RESERVATION).... THE PROBLEM AND MAYBE THE SOLUTION ALSO IS IN THE HUMAN NATURE--- AND THIS PROBLEM IS OF UNIVERSAL NATURE..
