India was a country divided before British. If these suggestions of region/caste based divisions are accepted, instead of being one of the great nations of the world, we'll become a bunch of useless countries Maha rashtra, Kannada rashtra, Tamil Nadu, Telugu Desha etc. Fighting each other over issues like water, language and border.
If India has succeeded inspite of all odds we have it is because, we chose to overcome our differences, not emphasize on them.
