I think that is right thing to do. Local pepole should get first preference over outsiders. And it is not only in maharashtra, but same thing is going on in south. If politicians in north are taking initiative to generate emplyoment to their pepole why Maharashrtrians should suffer? Why don't pepole ask questions to Railways, where more than 80% pepole are from bihar.
