Their customer service is horrible. Perhaps the worst in India. On top of that dish tv and tata increased their prices by double for the existing customers without even giving notice to them or giving any option for exiting. You pay 2000-3000 right in the beginning and if you want to quit, you have to suffer the same as loss.
