RE:DTH services out of India

That is not possible Manik. One reason is the coverage of transmission satellite. DTH services are being provided through INSAT and INSAT is meant for India and neighbouring countries. If they want to cover more countries, they have to aquire more satellites and that will cost a huge amount. Second reason is the broadcasting law of a particular country. It is not allowed to receive and watch any outside channels through a DTH service in any country. Only free to air channels are allowed. For example, Indian DTH services cant be used in gulf countries as per their laws eventhough Gulf region is covered by INSAT satellites.
