Banks get stingy on home loans
by SATHYA AG on Apr 07, 2008 10:42 AM

It is good that banks are getting stingy, vast majority of land buyers in the city are salaried class, they try to invest there hard earned money into the land. With the real estate market heating up it is only the land musketries (builders developers big time and small time) are making huge money in their pockets, most of the money this builder earn are in form of black money. Salaried class pays up to 30 percent of tax as mandate. Where as these builder pocket more then 50% of the transaction as black money. I only hope this move of bank and government would help curb this builders and developers. And every sincere hardworking human is able to own there DREAM HOME FOR THEIR FAMILY. Sathya
