why not have an income tax structure which taxes people who have enjoyed most of the beneifts of liberalisation of last 5 years
personal income
over 50 crores @ 80% tax
20 to 50 crores @ 60%
10 to 20 crores @ 50%
5 to 10 crores @ 40%
1 crore to 5 crores @ 35%
why is govt unwilling to tax the richi rich
