Yes, I Like the idea and it is great, but how does an individual start the initiative? I have seen some locations which can improve with this and have resources to support them, but what are the statutory steps before I can atart support activities? Are there laws in our country that prohibit individual persons from doing this kind of things? I know many companies consider its employees engaging in this kind of activity as second employment and frown on it. I also know banks do not support by permitting small deposits in to accounts. While most understand its benefits, an article on the processes and roadblocks and means to overcome them would be even more helpful.
