writing your predictions and goals in your notebook is very helpfull in long run,like i wrote in my notebook that sensex will touch 17000 by 2007dec end on 1st of march 2007 but it touched the target so fast 3 months before my prediction.somehow iam very confident on this stratergy of writing goals.
