Indins are more corrupt and greedy
by Prof R K Gupta-India on Sep 04, 2007 05:44 PM

I am from industry.In engineering sector.Worked for 26 years.
Indians are bigger crooks.I know how they used to cheat by sending substnadard garments under USA quota regime. In india the businesmen ease out proceeses after 2-3 years or some customers start coming. They think they have 'arrived' and no need to give quality.Indian consumers are helpless lot.
The Chinese must learn lessons and they must have. The importers should appoint buying agents in exporting countries, those who have integrity, qualification and practical experience, like me.SQC techniques, besides check on exporter's buying process is important to nsure quality.
But every one cuts costs. And where the savings go?Not to customers. But lines the pockets of promoters.Look how in india the idiots in industry have fixed for themselves Rs 20 crores annual salary. It is ridiculous. Is not that loot? How it will promote quality and competitiveness of Indian industry? It will weaken it. "Ram Naam ki loot hei loot sake to loot"Liberalisation means loot.India has very poor infrastructure, bad attitudes and they are corrupt too.Not a wining combination. To top it we have highly corrupt and arrogant bureaucracy.Who love blocking everything.Government has started looting, raising all taxes, cess, levies etc in name of globalisation and liberalisation era.Is tax raising and tax levying reforms? With prices galloping, industries can't maintain quality for long as there is limit to absorb costs for products meant for global markets.
