The pace may be slow but the Common Service Centres(Kiosks)are being established in various states.By the end of the next year all the 1 lakh kiosks wiil get established.Haryana is leading in this. One of the reasons for delay in e-Governance project is due to the fact that it is still in developing stage.The process has not been well defined.To establish kiosks in villages is not an easy task.Various issues like manpower,logistics,connectivity,cost, revenue etc.is involved.
