i have booked a flat in bhiwadi.the bulider name is the star raison landmarks and the bhiwadi project name is the essentia(wambley).
i was booked it on 31 jan 2013 and that time the bulider committment to complete this project in jan 2016.after 16 month of booking still the construction work is not start while i paid 35% payment of total cost so i am very distrub plz help me what should i do?
