Yes, definitely, it is very good article. Since last 6 years, we were trying to get this subject certificate, which the builder must hv handed over to the society, still the same is pending. Actually, in this regards, we spoke to the builder also but in vain. Can anyone help me out to whome should we (our society) approch in this case as the builder is giving only false promises since last 6 years. It is high time now to get the cc. Although, our society is having a good connections of Water, Electricity etc., Pls help us.
