What ever you do the Slums are their to stay

When you clean up one side, the other side get piled up.
Developments at Dharavi, Kurla bandra link, kurla Terminus are really great.
but the crowd from Dharavi, Kurla Terminus moving to KALWA ( just before the Tunnel - in between the Railway lines.) to make another biggest slum.
As usual with lot of Blue, Saffron, congress, and clock flags established.
