Capital gains or Incomes through all modes Industrialists, businessmen, Traders, Professionals,Dubbawalas, kiranastores, you name it every one has to pay taxes except who earn capital gains through Stock markets. People who work hard to earn salaries has to pay taxes. Farmers who crossed certain limit of income has to pay tax. If you are selling home at old age fr get going have to pay taxes. I am not against tax system but Why is this bias. Nation is loosing lots of money and same time inviting conspicuous funds. People who are sitting on easy money should be taxed. I think that is the root cause driving stock markets irrationally. FM should not give boons and gifts to pamper FII. Who believe in fundamentals will always invest irrespective of sops.
