I am 65 with 45 years experience in mining. I have just day to day field activities and taken up training personnel in mining. I enjoy it irrespective of paypacket. This keeps you busy and you earn as well also you do not get into male menopause and shout,get irritated,find fault etc. Unfortunately not all get such opportunity.In such a situation they should conduct tution classes on school subjects,relegion etc without expecting much remuneration.
