very well written! in a democracy consumers must have a choice. for centuries consumers have been exploited by the kirana-guys and its high time a better deal came to them- thru the big retailers. the model has already been tested abroad. there is no reason to wait or dither! except the bloody politics. sometimes i wonder whether its the boon or the bane!!!!
