It is a fact that the quality of infrastructure and cost of service is far better in Public sector services. The only problem is the personnel handling the services and dealing with the consumers. They are not courteous, lack dedication, sincerity and commitment. If only the man power in Public Sector services could be trained and motivated to give the best quality of service to consumers, Public sector can easily beat the private sector who are only pretending to be courteous but always targeting to loot the consumers.
