Hope so
by Vishal Saxena on Jul 15, 2007 06:10 AM

I sincerely hope that these economic projections turn out to be true. But one thing we have to be concerned about is that we do not end up being like western countries with broken families, lack of morality, degradation of women to sexual objects, lack of respect for elders etc. We must learn all positive traits from westerners but outright reject what is nor good for us.

We need able and educated leaders in all spheres of society - business, education, agriculture, religion, spirituality etc.

India is not only the golden bird, Bharat is also the lone spiritual beacon in this despicable world of selfishness and self gratification. If spirituality was being converted to Gold, each and everything in India will be made up of solid Gold.

I hope we understand our responsibilities and refrain from 100% aping the faulty society of West and rise in glory far far exceeding our glorious past. Jai Hind.
