I think Bhilai was the more elgible city of the state to be the capital. it is not suffocated like other city. I remember Mr. mahendra karma statement that if he will become the first CM of state then he will make bhilai the Bhilai. unfortunately he didnt become CM and Bhilai lose the oppurtunity. Its all political game.
