There are three things you should give the utmost care in your career.:
1. You feel you are paid well. 2. You are comfortable with the office atmosphere. 3. You have career growth.
If you have three of them, you are lucky and you have no reason to look for a new job. If you have two of three, you are OK. Most of us fall in this category. If you have only one of the three, look for a new job.
