Pay for what? The government's apathy is shown in that regardless of peak or non-peak hours, the conditions, infrastructure, filthiness, incompetence, police misbehaviour, congestion, unprofessional employees, all combine to make a indian airport an extremely forbidding experience. On one hand they say we are growing at 8%,well and good, but what the hell are we doing about the airports ? They are the most distressing airports when compared to any other reasonable nation, completely apathetic and hopeless. And now we have to "pay" more to use these dirty, ragged, old, outdated, crumbling, dilapidated, crowded, unfriendly, authoritarian, places. I'm all for it. aren't you ?
