You are right. They do pay more taxes. But they also do another thing. They track all the money much better than we do. We do not know where our tax money is really disappearing. Do you think it unreasonable for us to demand that such a fast growing country list India should have such airports where people come from outside and the first thing they see is a policeman scratching between his legs ? Give people a clean place and they will take care of it. Look at Delhi Metro as an example. This first day people almost wrecked it. But now look at it how well behaved and scruplous everyone is. I also hope, like you, that we are ready to take care of the good public infrastructure once it is provided to us.
