Certainly not.. Government should look at the infrastructure that is available at the airports.. It sucks. And this tax is not going to solve the problem any way...whosoever can fly at odd times (less peak hours) does so at least after oe bad incidence at the airports. Governement should try to better the infrastructure so that people suffer less at the airports..
