And what about the non salaried ppl who dont declare their income or under declare their income. I guess these are the ppl who can make a big difference and add atleast 5 more points to the current GDP of 8%, if they pay up the taxes. There are lakhs of such small/medium business men who declare their income as 40,000/- per anum which is lesss than even a begger in a city.
