Hi harsha I lost my ICICI and credit card and I came know that lost of cards on next day immediately I contacted ICICI customer care and I informed them about my lost of credit card they told me that they will not release any amount to the merchandise. Transaction made by unknown person INR 15000/-. Again I contacted ICICI bank over phone next day, they told me that need not pay the above said amount and they told me that written complaint is not necessary since they have blocked the credit card. Now I have received a statement for INR 15000/- for payment. On receipt of the statement again I contacted ICICI bank over phone and asked them that why you have sent me the statement for payment when you have informed me that my credit card is blocked. Now they are telling that they are going to take under dispute.
