Hello, I had submitted a cheque in time for full balance amount to ICICI. How ever the date was wrongly mentioned to be sometime of 2006, so the bank could not process it. How ever it didn't inform me although I had mentioned phone no on the cheque as well as they have my phone on thie database. After that although I asked them to inform me on writing about the problem and send me the bounced cheque, they don't bother to do so. After that I have not paid either. Now every month they are putting fine on me. Let me know what shoudl I do? I feel they should report to the customer if the cheque bounce back and also they need to return the original cheque to the customer. What do you say?
