hi harsha, i have a HDFC credit card for which i had made a full & final payment in jan 2005 and got it signed full & final payment from their executive. now after 3 years they have put my funds on hold through banker's lein and since 2005 i havn't recieved any statments. can they still deduct the amt. from my bank since they havn't send any communication / statement since. they also say that getting full & final written on reciept in not valid. plz. revert. i still have time to take any action, so PLZ. TELL ME WHAT TO DO , they also are unable to provide me any statement of dues since 2005 till 2008 as they havn't send it to me . CAN THAT BE OF ANY HELP.
