i have a ICICI Card for 5 years now ,recently a strange thing happened to me although i am prompt on my payments i received 3 legal notices stating that i had deposited 3 checks for three months which had bounced.But in my statement it showed 2 checks deposited for the same month payment one had passed(my check) & the other had bounced.I do not have any knowledge about the other checks ,this has happed for 3 months now, i have informed the bank about it but no action has been taken on it ,i would like to know what are my legal rights against this apart from complaining to RBI Ombudsman.
