Hi, I got a call by barcaly bank tele excutive for emi conversion of my balance amount and i accepted the same and my balance amount was Rs.17800.00 and emi was approximtely Rs.1530.00 told to me on phone but when i got the letter from barclay bank i was shocked to see emi of Rs.1780.00, inspite of repeated request mail sent to customer service to look into the matter, customer service are not replying moreover i gave the Phone# from where i received the call from and the name of tele excutive also. What do i do now??????????
