You are absolutely right. As long as you do not have a problem which is not routine, we Indians are ok, but, give us an out of the ordinary situation and we crumble. I have experienced their incompetence and arrogance. Despite complaining at the highest level, nothing resulted. Is it with ICICI Bank only? No its all over. We need to look hard at our attitudes.
