I want to just say that Mr. Kamath has to check with the customer services which is pathetic. People turn to Private banks because of not proper service provided by the Nationalised banks. The same is continued with ICICI bank. As the company is growing communication, customer service is a big challenge which Mr. Kamath has surely totally neglected. If he takes this seriously surely he can expand his empire. My experience with ICICI initially was very good but later part is pathetic. Over the phone, They just think with Don't care attitude.
