Dear Sir, I have changed my organisation. Problem is that though I have received Form-16 from current employer but I did not get from previous employer. Since we are required to file tax return by 31/07/09, please advise how to proceed, if i do not get the Form-16 from my previous employer. Also, the TDS deducted was for withdrawal of PF. Is tax deduction made for withdrawing PF account.
