i think "farm fresh" markets are better - because guys like reliance will buy directly from farmers for a better cut than smaller cheats . if anything bad happens by reliance, you can always drag them to court - or media sting operations can force corporations. there needs to be 50:50 approach. have both parties, not ONLY middlemen as we have it now. competition is good.
