AGE NO BAR
by Rajan George on Jun 05, 2007 01:56 PM

It is widely seen now days in the corporate culture that when people attain the age of above 40, they have been thrown out from their job without any cogent reason and even without any compensation. In most of such cases those who had been thrown out from the job are the contributors for the growth of that organisation and their honesty, integrity and loyality never considered.

People have no option but to leave the organisation with tears.Because of loophole in the existing law and bad economical condition of the job loosers, nobody approach court also.

Since most of our politicians are above 60 and there is no age bar in politics. In Govt. job also consider for pension on attaining 58. Therefore, some strict law should be enforced to check corporate's CRS (compulsory retirement
Scheme).
