India has its obligation and cannot escape by quoting per capita value as we are hugely populated but then we need be taking any responsibility....western world polluted the whole environment and developed and now when we are they want us to stop emission ...they should give us full access to nuclear power and there own industries GE for example should come clean and not work against development and research on renewable energy..they are playing with environment and not we ....we need to develop and need energy otherwise we will be ever slaves
