I want to buy a land to build my house. This will cost me Rs.25 lacs & further I will have to take a loan of Rs.20 lacs. please suggest how much tax rebate I gain if I buy it on my name or buy it combined with my spouse? Also let me know how mu EMI & interest will be charged for this purchase?
