Air India flights
by r s rao on Jul 27, 2007 11:12 AM

Air India can buy planes, technology, modern gadgets for navigation, reduce fares and all other gimmicks. But, till the attitude of its personnel changes towards customer (who on record happens to be the 'King') improves, no amount of other things will please him. A customer looks for right informtion at the right time, and a place to rest (without touts at the airports) without getting deceived, fair food with some choice and some entertainment. But right from airhostess to captain, everyone takes the passenger for granted (most of the times Indian Passengers) and do nothing for his comfort. When it comes to foreigners, our people dance according to their tunes. Same is the experience with INDIAN. If you want to experience, take a flight to Goa and see the plastic/wooden smile of airhostess, mechanical actions, frozen food. They don't even wish the passenger. You can feel the difference in Lufthansa/KLM and other airlines.
