USA is "inventing tomorrow" in Nandan Nilekani's words and we are not able to even digest things invennted daybeforeyesterday. First we have to crush small countries like Malaysia and Korea before we can think of crushing USA with our substandard goods and fake drugs. But we are nowhere near Malaysia and Korea.
