Professionalism does not mean Idealism
by Kelly Sharma on Jul 24, 2007 08:39 PM

Great Article! Thanks Dennis Snow for the wonderful article.
But in practical you won't find professional behavior everywhere. Today meaning of professional is changing professionalism means being more of job oriented and maintaining relationship at workplace to do things and get things done. Human relationship has no room at work place.
People don't recognize colleague as a friend but as a person in same cadre. This is all outcome of cut-throat competition and policies of companies to always try to keep the employees scattered and divided to exploit them more.
This are my views which can be different from what others feel and see.
Regards,
Kelly Sharma
