The Indoan rupee will continue to rise against the Dollar and the IT companies will find that the land under their feet is shrinking...then they will turn up to their employees and suck their blood by asking them to work overtime for the new projects that they might have commited to at cheaper and competitive rates,the companies may even cut down on costs drastically by voluntarily showing the doors to ppl who are not hardworking or underperforming.....i personally pity the IT guys under this situvation,as now their tortured soul has been again put to harsh tests...u ppl are great if u survive this situvation...amen..
