Yes, I agree to you. The worst ever company I have worked for in terms of working hours...No timeframe. The expectations of the management is too high. I use to work in Finance department and they expect us to sit late through out the nights to complete the month end process.
If you talk abt the employee welfare (not the salary), its better than most of the company.
