Hey the reason for leaving is not only manager but so many things like
1. work pressure is too much but pay is not gud enough in these companies. 2. Suppose a person starts his/her carrer with 15k, in 99% of cases, gets increment of 10% per year only. that means if he work in d same company for 5 years, he will be getting somehwre 40k at the age of 30. that is not enough,.
Also indian compaines are too clever when it comes about conpensation ansd costs cutting.
And the funny part is wht so called costs cutting they do, goes much more than to the traning of new work force.
