But had you not had your first oppurtunity @Infy you wouldnt even be looked upon by that so called MNC. with just 1.4yrs of exp if you want equality, with so many yrs of exp and knowledge dont you think seniors deserve some consideration. Just getting involved and doing what you r supposed to do is what is important.
Every Organisation has got its benefits and pitfalls. Just that you didnt like it, doesnt give you right to downgrade it.
