I joined my dream company Infosys(Bangalore) after completing my B-Tech in IT.I was immediately put into a delivery account without undergoing any training as they had an URGENT requirement, but spent the next 2 months on bench,then I was transferred to Pune DC as they again had an urgent requirement.Again spending 3 months on bench after reaching Pune , I finally got into project, but soon that project was scraped and I was again on Bench.This continued for around 1.4 yrs when my 1 yr contract with Infy ended and I decided to quit this this crap company. Mr Murthy says that he started Infy because he was fed up with the bania raj prevailing in India. Come and work with Infy , you will yourself experience what bania raj is. The higher the designation you hold the bigger the room/cubicle you get in the office, delivery managers enjoy massive room in the office while 5-6 software engineers are made to sit in a small cubicle. Now I work for a MNC and my Account lead sits just beside me.No rooms and no cubicles and no bench to spoil your career.
Infosys spoiled such an important 1.4 yrs of my career, Infy sucks man.
