How About Chewing Tobacco

Dear Minister,
Please recall that we already have a law banning tobacco chewing in government offices. How this law was implemented?

You are gifting us one more law. So it will surely be applicable to GOI offices too. Let us plan for strict implementation of "your" law this time.

My suggestion: Would you mind giving incentives to those reporting breach of law.
