I am having demat a/c with Kotak Securities in the name ,Geetha sathish Kumar -Sathish Kumar is my husband's name -In the pan card my name is Geetha Raya Shenoi- Raya Shenoi ,my father's name.My demat a/c is blocked because of the difference in name on presentation of Pan Card.. I do not wish to change the name in the Pan as i have demat account with Reliance Money in this name. I also hold a few some shares,not in demat , as Geetha Sathish Kumar.What should I do to get the shares with Kotak Securities and hand held to be changed to the name in the Pan card.
