I am NRI. I have old PAN (10 DIGIT) card with my India Address ( applied when i was indian resident) When I was back in India ( up to 2003) , I was regularly filing Returns with this PA Number.
Now since last 3 years, I have not filed any return because of NRI status & not having any taxable income in India.
NOW , CAN I USE THE SAME PA NUMBER
OR
I NEED TO APPLY FOR NEW PA NUMBER WITH N.R.I. status.
Or Can I change the residence status on old PAN card ??
