Current Retina identification technology is used by many smart cards. So the govt will go for it. There is no problem with soap washing or anything else as the identity will remain unique.We should not assume cases but try to give some solutions. (Suppose currently a person looses his hand in any accident, then how will he sigh???..does it mean that he is unauthorized person???...Also please note the final end used or CREDIT CARD for INDIAN REGION are we people. If we provide a good suggestion, then implementation should also occur even though the concerns like VISA and MASTERCARD are from US. It do not make any difference.
