Its a very good idea of bring in biometric pan cards,this will surely be usefull in many ways,it will slowly help us to compute the actual population and help us with numerous statistics records,IF ANY PERSON IS QUESTIONING THE COST OF THE IMPLEMENTATION,THEY BETTER KNOW THAT THIS WILL BRING MORE RETURNS TO THE COUNTRY.....I AM AWAITING FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION EAGERLY
